This is an old ad for the VW bug. It is regarded as one of the greatest ads made according to a variety of websites. I believe it came during the fuel shortage in the 70's, and what the advertisement is basically saying is "think small, save fuel."

This is a really good ad (although calling it the best ad ever might be a bit of a stretch). It fights the notion that big cars are better, promoting the size of the "bug"
